摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定舒肝健胃丸中芍药苷的含量。方法采用C_(18)色谱柱,型号:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙睛-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86);检测波长为230nm;流速:1.0m L·min^(-1);柱温:30℃。结果芍药苷进样量在0.124~0.62μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.49%,RSD为1.06%(n=6)。结论本方法准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于舒肝健胃丸中芍药苷的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To establish an determination method of paeoniflorin in Shuganjianwei pill by HPLC.METHODS The content of paeoniflorin was determined by the agilent eclipse XDB-C18 （4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5μm）column,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% Phosphoric acid （14∶86）,the detection wave-length was at 230 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 ,the temperature of column was 30℃.RESULTS The cali-bration curve of paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0.124-0.62μg,r=0.999 9 The average recovery rate was 98.49%,RSD=1.06%（n=6）.CONCLUSION This method is accurate,specific,reproducible,and can be used for the quality control method of paeoniflorin in Shuganjianwei pill .
