pEVAR与oEVAR在B型主动脉夹层治疗中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的:分析p EVAR与o EVAR治疗B型主动脉夹层疗效差异。方法:回顾性分析在2011年1月1日至2015年12月31日期间入住我科的71例行腔内治疗的B型主动脉夹层患者资料,其中p EVAR患者26例,o EVAR患者45例,对比两组术后并发症、手术时间、治疗费用、术后住院时间等情况。结果:两组患者治疗费用、手术时间、支架、股动脉与全身并发症无统计学差异(P>0.05),在住院时间上,p EVAR组显著低于o EVAR组(P<0.05)。结论:p EVAR治疗B型主动脉夹层安全有效,在具有o EVAR技术基础的血管外科中心可常规开展。Objective： To analyze the difference in therapeutic efficacy between the p EVAR and the o EVER in the treatment of type B aortic dissection. Methods： Seventy-one patients who were admitted to our department with type B aortic dissection and treated with endovascular aortic repair（ EVER） from January 1,2011 to December 31,2015 were included in this study. Among them,twenty-six patients were treated with p EVER and the others treated with o EVER. The complication,operation time,cost,and the length of hospital stays were evaluated. Results： There was no significant difference（ P〉0. 05） in cost,operation time,and complication associated with stent and groin between two groups of patients. However,a significant difference（ P〈0. 05） in the length of hospital stays between the two groups was found.Conclusion： The p EVER is an effective and safe treatment for aortic dissection and should be implemented routinely with good technique support.
