摘  要:2016年1月1日IMO Tier III排放标准已经生效,排放标准更加严格,为了降低柴油机NO_X的排放,符合IMO Tier III排放标准,分析装有废气再循环技术的船用大型柴油机MAN B&W 6S80ME-C9的废气再循环系统(EGR)。通过EGR系统柴油机参数研究、EGR系统运行试验、Tier III排放标准认证试验、EGR系统洗涤器试验以及EGR水处理系统分析,结果表明,在EGR系统运行时主机燃用含硫3%的重质燃油时,NO_X的排放减少了50%以上,NO_X循环排放值低于IMO Tier III排放标准值3.4 g/k W·h,EGR洗涤器可将98%的SO_2、92%的排烟颗粒(PM)清除,水处理系统确保了排放污水符合IMO的国际标准。研究结果证明EGR系统适用于MAN B&W二冲程柴油机,排放标准满足于IMO已经实施的Tier III排放标准。The emission standards are becoming stricter according to the IMO Tier IIl, which was put into effect on January1 , 2016. In order to reduce NOx emissions from diesel engines to comply with IMO Tier III,, the paper analyzes the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) which is equipped on the large marine diesel engines MAN B & W 6S80ME-C9. The results of test of parameters, test of EGR system operation, certification test of Tier Ⅲ emission standards, test of EGR washer and test of water treatment system have shown that when the main engine burns heavy fuel oil with 3% sulfur, the discharge of NOx is reduced by more than 50%, with the NOx emission less than 3.4 g/kW.h set by 1340 Tier Ⅲ EGR washer system can clear 98% of SO2 and 92% of exhaust particles (PM). The water treatment system can ensure the sewage water discharge complying with international standards of IMO. The research results have shown that EGR is suitable for MAN B & W two-stroke diesel engine and emission standards meet the Tier Ⅲ emission standards implemented by IMO.
