摘 要:针对某型船调距桨形式的主推进系统,设计了一种基于CAN总线和以太网双级网络的嵌入式船舶主推进控制系统,既满足了现场数据传输实时性的要求,又满足上层监测数据的大容量传输、易于组网的需求。开发了UPS电源模块和基于ARM11的嵌入式主推进控制面板,设计了基于Linux+Qt的图形化的船舶主推进控制系统控制软件,给出了具体的软硬件实现方法。开发了PC机模拟软件,方便了调试与试验。采用嵌入式技术,各模块相互独立,容易实现模块化、网络化,具有成本低、使用灵活、界面美观等优点。For domestic the controllable pitch propeller main propulsion plant, a kind of embedded main propulsion control system based on Ethernet and CAN two-stage network is designed. The design achieves the real-time transmission of fieM data, and it meets to easy networking needs. The UPS power modules and the control panel based on ARM11 is developed in the paper. The graphical control software based on Linux and Qt is developed and the specific principal of hardware and software are also described. The PC simulation software is developed to facilitate the debugging and testing. Each module is independent so as to reduce the system failure rate and it is easy to implement modular, networked. The control system has the advantages of low cost, high flexibility and beautiful interface.
