摘  要:为研究钼营养对烤烟生理代谢相关酶的影响,利用荧光定量PCR技术检测了不同施钼处理下烤烟含钼酶和碳氮代谢相关酶基因的表达量。结果表明:在4个取样时期,硝酸还原酶(NR)和颗粒结合型淀粉合成酶(GBSSI)基因以施钼处理表达较强;蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)和蔗糖磷酸化酶(SPP)基因在移栽50 d后以Mo0处理表达较强,移栽60和70 d后以Mo1和Mo2处理表达较强;液泡转化酶(VIN)基因在移栽60、70和80 d后以施钼处理表达较强,且基因表达强度随施钼浓度的提高而逐渐增强;淀粉分支酶(SBE)基因表达量在处理间没有表现出明显的变化规律,在移栽50和60 d后以Mo1表达最强,移栽80 d后以Mo0表达最强;谷氨酰胺合成酶GS1-3和GS1-5基因在4个取样时期均表现为Mo1和Mo2处理明显强于Mo0处理。In order to study the effect of molybdenum nutrition on the related enzymes in physiological metabolism of Nicotiana tabacum L., the real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect gene expression of molybdenum enzymes and related enzymes in carbon/nitrogen metabolism among different molybdenum applications. The results indicate that, during the four sampling periods, nitrate reductase(NR) and granule bound starch synthase(GBSSI) genes were expressed more strongly in the treatment of molybdenum. Sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS) and sucrose phosphorylase(SPP) genes were expressed more strongly in the treatment of Mo0 at the fiftieth days after transplanting, and the treatment of Mo1 and Mo2 were expressed more strongly at the sixtieth and seventieth days after transplanting. The vacuole invertase(VIN) gene was expressed strongly at the sixtieth, seventieth and eightieth days after transplanting; the higher were the application of molybdenum, the more strongly VIN gene expressed. Starch branching enzyme(SBE) gene expression did not show a significant change in the study, SBE gene was expressed most strongly at the fiftieth and sixtieth days after transplanting in Mo1 treatment, and was expressed most strongly at the eightieth days after transplanting in Mo0 treatment. During the four sampling periods, GS1-3 and GS1-5 genes were expressed more strongly in Mo1 and Mo2 treatments than in the treatment of Mo0.
