摘  要:为探讨匍匐翦股颖与高羊茅品种混播的潜力,分析了匍匐翦股颖品种‘Penn A4’根际分泌物对6个高羊茅品种发芽率、生物量和生理指标的影响。结果显示:匍匐翦股颖根际分泌物对高羊茅品种的影响,总体表现为2 mg·mL^(-1)浓度促进、4 mg·mL^(-1)浓度抑制的趋势;高羊茅品种对匍匐翦股颖根际分泌物的反应呈现明显的品种间差异,‘爱瑞三号’最为敏感,‘正义’较为钝感。研究结果表明,通过选择合适的品种和比例关系进行匍匐翦股颖与高羊茅的混播,对于改善草坪草的景观效果,延长观赏期,提高草坪草的抗性等具有重要的意义。In order to understand the potential of mixtures sowing between Agrostis stolonifera and Festuca arundinace, the research here studied the effects of root exudates of A. stolonifera cultivar ‘Penn A4' on F. arundinace cultivars with the seed germination rate, biomass and physiological indexes. The results showed that 2 mg·mL^(-1) of root exudates of ‘Penn A4' had improved effect on growth of F. arundinace cultivars while 4 mg·mL^(-1) of root exudates of ‘Penn A4' had inhibitory action. The response of F. arundinace cultivars to root exudates of ‘Penn A4' displayed cultivars especially with ‘Arid 3' as sensitive and ‘Justice' as the tolerant cultivar. Consequently, mixture sowing of A. stolonifera with F. arundinace species was really suggested in proper ratio. It is significant and efficient in improving plant landscape, extending the turfgrass green time and enhancing turfgrass resistance to biotic stress.
