摘 要:为了补充一种益智挥发油的提取方法,为益智挥发油质量控制及相关研究提供参考。采用水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂提取法和超声波辅助提取法正交实验提取益智挥发油成分,用GC-MS对其进行鉴定,面积归一化法测定相对含量。结果表明,三种提取方法的最佳工艺,不同方法提取的益智挥发油外观性状和产率不同,不同方法提取的挥发油化学成分种类和相对含量有较大差异。超声波辅助提取法可以作为一种益智挥发油质量控制及相关研究的补充方法。To Compare the difference of volatile oil of the dry Alpinia oxyphylla extracted by different methods so as to supply data for quality control and research of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. , volatile oil was extracted with orthogonal experiment of steam distillation, solvent extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction. The compounds were identified by GC-MS and quantitatively determined with normalization method. Results showed that the optimum condition technology of three extraction methods, the color and yield of volatile oil were diverse. Difference was found in the kinds and relative content of component of volatile oil extracted by different methods. The ultrasonic assisted extraction can be used as a supplementary method of research and quality control of Alpirtia oxyphylla Miq. volatile oil.
