摘 要:采用熔体抽拉法制备了直径20-50μm的Ti基金属纤维。这类纤维直径均匀、表面光洁,最大长度达到20 cm。随后对纤维的结构、热稳定性和力学性能进行了观察和分析。结果分析显示,这类金属纤维不但具有非晶态结构、热稳定性好、在703 K开始晶化;而且,具有优良的力学性能优异,0.2 mm/min的拉伸速率下,室温断裂强度达到2.5 GPa,0.05 mm/min的拉伸速率下断裂强度达到2.7 GPa。Ti based metal fibers with a diameter of about 20 - 50 μm were prepared using melt extraction technology. The surface topography, structure, thermal stability and mechanical properties were investigated and analyzed by SEM, XRD, DSC and tensile test. This kind of Ti based metallic fibers had uniform diameter, smooth surface without pits and their maximum continuous length was up to 20 cm. It was found that this Ti based metal fibers not only had amorphous structure, good thermal stability and also had excellent mechanical performance. The onset crystallization temperature was 703 K with three crystallization exothermie peaks. Their tensile strength reached 2.5 GPa at 0.2 mm/min stretching rate and the rupture strength was as high as 2. 7 GPa at a rate of 0. 05 mm/min.
