摘  要:用水萃取法测定纺织品中甲醛含量,对甲醛的乙酰丙酮试剂(纳氏试剂)储存条件、试样量、甲醛显色液的温度和测试时间及过滤方式对测试结果影响进行探讨。结果表明显色剂在4℃冰箱储存的测试结果较稳定;采用9 cm快速定性滤纸是最佳的过滤选择并加测全程空白监控检测过程;显色液冷却温度及上机测试时间对测试结果没有显著影响;不同试样量对测试结果有影响,因此严格按GB/T 2912.1-2009或ISO 14184-1:2011检测标准要求进行操作。The research the affect factors, such as acetyl acetone reagent storage condition, filtering way, filter paper type, test temperature, sample weight and test time effects, on formaldehyde test result by water extraction method from textile were studied. The results showed that acetyl acetone reagent store in refrigerator at 4 ℃ can keep the test result consistence. 9 cm rapid quantitative filter paper was the best filtering way through the blank monitoring process. Test temperature and test time had no significant effect on the test result. Different sample weight had the different result, so it should be followed strictly according to GB/T 2912. 1 2009 and ISO 14184-1 : 2011.
