摘　　要：基于以往不注重环境保护的粗放型实验教学模式,根据绿色化学"十二原则",结合分离分析实验化学实验的特点,探讨了在实验教学中应用绿色化学原则对传统实验进行改革,在保证教学效果的同时,采用安全的溶剂和助剂,从源头上防止实验室污染,减少了有毒废弃物的排放,更重要的是对学生进行了有效地环境保护教育。Based on the extensive pattern of experimental mode without regarding environmental protection, 12 principles of green chemistry were applied, combining the feature of separation and analysis experiments, to discuss the possibility of applying concept of green chemistry into traditional experimental reform. Safe solvents and additives were used considering the teaching effect, at the same time, to prevent environmental pollution from the source, to reduce emission of toxic waste, and most importantly to enhance the environmental protection education efficiently.
