摘　　要：文章利用比较研究的方法对国内外编目规则制修订进行探讨,回顾了国内外编目规则制修订的发展历程,从国内外编目规则制修订的思想、制订修编机制、作用影响等方面分析了国内外编目规则的制修订情况。探讨了我国编目规则制修订过程中存在的问题。通过分析得到启示,借RDA在国际编目范围内实施的契机,对我国编目规则制修订工作进行完善和变革。The paper makes a comparative the development of it, analyzes it from discusses the problems existing in the analysis. Taking the advantage of the RDA of it should be perfected and reformed. study of the cata the aspects of revision process oging deas, n C rule revision at mechanisms, hina, and gets mplementation, the authors argue that home and abroad, reviews and roles and influences, some inspiration through the domestic revision work
