536例甲状腺结节患者术后临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺结节术后临床护理效果。方法回顾分析河北大学附属医院2010年6月至2015年6月536例甲状腺结节患者临床护理资料。结果536例患者中，发生术后低钙抽搐34例，出现恶心、呕吐症状2例，经适当处理均已恢复正常。术后平均住院（8．1±2．8）d，均康复出院。随访3～6个月，未发现复发病例。结论术后严密观察病情变化，做好基础护理、生活指导、心理护理、及时处理并发症、做好出院指导是病人康复的关键措施，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of thyroid nodules after operation. Methods Retro- spective analysis of clinical nursing data in 536 patients with thyroid nodules from Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from June 2010 to June 2015 were carried out.Results Among 536 cases,34 cases showed postopera- tive hypocalcemia convulsions, two cases occurred nausea and vomiting, after appropriate treatments they were restored to normal.The average postoperative hospitalization time was （8.1±2.8） d ,all were discharged from tile hospital. After conducting follow up-study for 3 to 6 months, there was no recurrence in the patients.Conclusion Paying close observation after operation, conducting basic nursing, giving life guidance, psychological care, timely treatment of complications are key measures to the rehabilitation of the patients, which are worthy of widely appli- cation in clinical practices.
