摘　　要：股骨干骨折多发于成年人群,以高能量损伤最为常见,加之大腿解剖的特殊性,多数患者骨折移位明显,往往需行手术治疗。近半个世纪以来,随着固定器材的不断改进和创新,股骨干骨折的手术治疗方法也逐渐增多,现将其手术治疗进展概述如下,期望为股骨干骨折后续治疗方案的选择提供一定的参考。Femoral shaft fracture occurred in the adult population associated with high energy injury, special and thigh anatomy,the majority of patients with fracture displacement often need surgical treatment.Nearly half a cen- tury, with the improvement and innovation of fixed equipment, the operative treatment ways of femoral shaft frac- ture are gradually increasing. Surgical treatment progress are summarized as follows, which may provide certain references for follow-up treatment program of femoral shaft fracture.
