通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛症状的研究进展

摘　　要：随着中国人口老龄化的进展,冠心病的发病率逐渐提升。而心绞痛是冠心病的一个重要症状,中国临床上常用于控制心绞痛的药物有β受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂及硝酸酯类药物,除此之外还有通心络胶囊。通过一系列的临床试验和研究发现通心络具有一定的疗效,能够有效地改善和缓解冠心病心绞痛患者的症状,并且安全性较高,能够降低由于大剂量使用西药带来的副作用,值得在临床上推广使用。With the development of China＇s population aging, the incidence rate of coronary heart disease is grad- ually increasing.Angina pectoris is an important symptom of coronary heart disease.In China,it is commonly used in the control of angina pectoris with beta blockers,calcium channel blockers and nitrates.Besides,it also has the traditional Chinese medicine Tongxinluo capsule.At present ,through a series of clinical trials and research findings indicated that it has a certain efficacy and safety, which can effectively improve and ease coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris,reduce the side effect caused by large doses of medicine,it is worth promoting in clinical use.
