摘 要:通过调查大学生的家庭户籍、担任学生干部和社会实践能力等情况,分析家庭户籍对社会实践能力的影响机制,为促进教育公平提供理论依据。研究发现:家庭户籍与社会实践能力呈显著相关;家庭户籍与担任学生干部呈显著相关;担任学生干部与社会实践能力呈显著相关;担任学生干部在家庭户籍与社会实践能力间起部分中介作用。基于此,高校应为大学生提供担任学生干部的机会,尤其是对农村大学生,做到教育过程的公平性,提高他们的社会实践能力;同时,也要加大农村地区的教育资源投入,使城乡大学生在进入大学之前处在同一起点上,促进基础教育公平。From the perspectives of household registration (HuKou), serving as student cadre and social practice abilities, the paper probes into the influential mechanism of household registration on college students' social practice abilities, in hopes of providing theoretical basis for the enhancement of educational fairness. Key findings are summarized as follows: household registration is positively correlated with social practice abilities;household registration is positively correlated with serving as student cadre; serving as student cadre is positively correlated with social practice abilities; serving as student cadre exerts mediating effects on the relationship between household registration and social practice abilities. Based on the aforementioned findings, the paper suggests that universities provide students, especially those from rural areas with more opportunities to serve as student cadre, and that the government make efforts to improve educational resources in rural areas.
