摘　　要：AAU作为美国高等教育六大核心协会之一,其对联邦游说的政策议题包括高等教育认证、科研与学生资助、重要职位推荐、学分政策以及科技政策等。美国的多元民主政治为不同利益的表达建立了制度安排,使得AAU能够对联邦高等教育政策制定进行游说,通过各种途径与联邦政府对话,并对一些重要政策的制定产生重要影响,成为美国高等教育治理实践中的一支重要力量。As one of the six major higher education associations in the United States, AAU plays an important role in several policy agendas including accreditation, funding, position recommendation, credit policy and research policy. The institutional arrangement of pluralist democracy provides basis for the expression of different interest groups. As a result, higher education associations such as AAU can lobby higher education policymaking, and become a key actor in American higher education governance.
