石油钻杆螺纹廓形参数在机测量系统研究

摘　　要：为解决石油钻杆因尺寸长、重量大等装卸不便因素给其两端内、外螺纹廓形参数测量带来的困难,设计并实现了一种安装于SCK230型数控石油钻杆螺纹修复机床上的非接触式石油钻杆螺纹在机测量系统。该系统利用数控机床的伺服功能带动二维激光位移传感器获取螺纹某轴截面的廓形数据;采用基于不连续度的自适应滤波算法对采集的廓形信息进行降噪处理,根据石油钻杆螺纹牙形的几何特征对降噪后的离散数据分段,以加权整体最小二乘法为基础拟合出各段廓型数据的回归模型;实时计算螺纹参数,判断加工质量。对NC50型石油钻杆螺纹及其标准环规的测量结果表明,该系统可在7.5 s内完成长度为25 mm的螺纹测量,测量精度为±8μm,重复性限≤4μm且重复性较高。设计的在机测量系统利用了良好的数控资源,实现了石油钻杆螺纹廓形参数的在机测量,提高了测量精度和效率。In order to solve the difficulty of contour parameter measurement of internal and external threads at both ends of petroleum drill pipe due to the loading and unloading inconvenience caused by the long length and heavy weight of the drill pipe,a non-contact onmachine measurement system of petroleum drill pipe thread installed on the SCK230 CNC repairing machine tool of petroleum drill pipe thread is designed and developed. The measurement system uses the servo function of CNC machine tool to drive a 2D laser displacement sensor,which acquires the contour data at a certain shaft section of the thread. The adaptive filtering algorithm based on discontinuous degree is adopted to conduct de-noising processing of the acquired contour information. The de-noised data are segmented according to the geometric features of the tooth form of the petroleum drill pipe thread. On the basis of the weighted total least-squares method,the regression model for various segment contour data is fitted. The parameters of the petroleum drill pipe thread are calculated in real time,and the machining quality of the thread is estimated. The measurement results of NC50 petroleum drill pipe thread and its standard ring gauge show that the system can complete the thread measurement of the thread with the length of 25 mm,the measurement accuracy is ±8 μm,the repeatability is relatively high and the repeatability limit is less than or equal to 4 μm. The designed on-machine measurement system takes full advantage of nice NC resources,realizes the on-machine real time measurement of the contour parameters of petroleum drill pipe thread,and improves the measurement accuracy and efficiency.
