摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,氨水作为催化剂,表面改性剂F68为包被聚合物,采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了一种具有核壳结构的改性纳米SiO_2。借助傅里叶红外光谱、激光粒度分析仪、原子力显微镜和透射电镜,表征了改性纳米SiO_2的分子结构、粒度分布和微观形貌特征。通过钻井液性能和模拟地层的封渗透率测试实验,评价了改性纳米SiO_2的流变性能和滤失性能,以及对微裂隙地层的封堵能力。实验结果表明,改性纳米SiO_2在水和钻井液中均呈现纳米级分散,对钻井液的流变性能影响较小。当浓度为5.0%时,可将于130℃老化16h的钻井液常温中压滤失量(FLAPI)由5.4mL降低至3.4mL,高温高压滤失量(FLHTHP)由15.0mL降低至9.6mL,对纳微米级地层的封堵率达到99.95%。A modified nano-silica with core-shell structure was synthesized by sol-gel method with tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as silicon source,ammonia as catalyst,and surface treating agent F68 as surround polymer.The molecule structure,particle distribution and micro-morphological features were characterized by means of FT-IR,PSDA,and AFM and TEM.The rheological properties,filtrate reduction properties and plugging ability to micro-facture formation were further tested via drilling fluid behavior test and permeability of simulated formation test.The results show that modified nano-silica demonstrates nano-scale dispersion in water and drilling fluid,and have little influence on the rheological property of drilling fluid.When the concentration of modified nano-silica is 5.0%,the API filtrate volume(FLAPI)decreased from 5.4mL to 3.4mL,the high-temperature and high-pressure volume(FLHTHP)decreased from 15.0mL to 9.6mL after aging for 16 hat 130 ℃,and the plugging rate of micro-facture formation can achieve 99.95%.
