摘 要:借助黏土胶驱油剂的使用方法,研制了黏土-聚合物铬冻胶体系。考察了黏土的加入对聚合物铬冻胶强度和封堵性能的影响。结果表明,黏土的加入可以在一定程度上增加聚合物冻胶的黏度;会增加聚合物冻胶的强度,且随黏土浓度的增加,冻胶强度先增加后减小,在2%时达到最大;黏土-聚合物冻胶体系的封堵强度和耐冲刷性远高于聚合物冻胶体系,其中封堵强度高于聚合物冻胶体系的强度的1.2倍,尤其是针对大孔道的封堵;分析认为,黏土-聚合物冻胶体系除了聚合物冻胶本身的封堵作用外,还能通过形成结构、偶合、架桥、吸附膜等机理起封堵作用;在封堵大孔道方面,黏土-聚合物冻胶体系相比聚合物冻胶体系有较大优势,具有较好的应用前景。Developing clay-polymer-chromium gel system by reference to the use-method of clay gel.The paper is focused on the influence of clay on the property of polymer-chromium gel.Moreover,the results show that the addition of clay have increased the viscosity of polymer to a certain extent.Besides,the addition of clay can increase the gel strength.For one thing,with the increase of clay concentration,the clay-polymer gel strength first rise and then decline,and its strength achieve maximum at 2%.For another,the plugging strength and abrasion resistance of clay-polymer gel is far better than polymer gel,and its strength higher than the strength of the polymer gel system,especially in plugging big channels.In addition,with the exception of the polymer gel plugging effect,Analysis of that clay-polymer gel is also plugging channels through the formation of structure,coupling,bridging,and absorption film mechanism.Therefore,clay-polymer gel has a large advantage over polymer gel in plugging channels,and has a good application prospect.
