溶垢剂对硫酸钡溶垢效果正交实验研究

摘　　要：为了研究在多因素共同作用下对硫酸钡溶垢效果的影响,首先进行了各单因素对硫酸钡溶垢效果的影响实验研究,包括溶垢剂类型、浓度、pH值、温度、溶垢时间和含盐量。筛选出溶垢效果较好的螯合型溶垢剂DT以及合适的单因素实验条件,然后根据单因素实验结果设计正交实验,通过正交实验研究了各因素共同作用时对硫酸钡溶垢效果的影响。由单因素实验结果可知:随着溶垢剂DT浓度、pH值、温度和时间的增加,溶垢率逐渐增加;随着含盐量的增加,溶垢率逐渐减小。正交实验结果表明:pH值对DT的溶垢率影响最为显著,其次为温度、溶垢剂浓度和溶垢时间,而含盐量的影响作用很小。在DT溶垢剂浓度为8%,pH值为12,温度为75℃,溶垢时间为24h,含盐量为0g/L时为最优影响因素指标组合,此条件下溶垢剂DT对硫酸钡溶垢效果最好。In order to study the impact of barium dissolved sulfate scale effect of many factors,the paper first studied experimentally the impact of each single factor of barium dissolved sulfate scale effects,including scale solution agent type,concentration,pH,temperature,dissolved dirt time and salinity.Screened scale solution better chelating agent DT scale solution,and a suitable single-factor experimental conditions and orthogonal experimental design based on a single factor experiments,orthogonal experimental study on barium sulfate scale solution when the combined effect of various factors effect of.The result of the single factor analysis showed that the scale solution rate of DT increased as concentration,pH,temperature and time increased,and decreased gradually with the increased of salinity.Followed by temperature,concentration and time,whereas the influence of salinity was very small.In DT scale solution concentration was 8%,pH value of 12,the temperature is75 ℃,time scale solution 24 h,salinity of 0g/L at the optimal combination of influencing factors,detergents DT solvent under conditions barium sulfate scale solution works best.
