MA-PEG型柴油降凝剂的合成研究

摘　　要：以高碳十八醇和马来酸酐为原料合成马来酸酐酯,然后与聚乙二醇进行聚合,得到二元共聚物新型柴油降凝剂。通过FT-IR光谱、XRD衍射光谱、冷滤点测定仪、凝点测定器、酸度测定仪对所合成的新型柴油降凝剂的性能进行了评价。结果表明,抚顺二厂0^#柴油冷滤点下降到-9℃,凝点降到-1.8℃,酸度值上升到6.43,初步评价了降凝效果。Maleic acid ester was first synthesized with eighteen alcohol and maleic anhydride as raw materials.Subsequently,a binary copolymer was obtained via polymerization of PEG with the ester.The structure and properties of the copolymer were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,cold filtration point and freezing point and acidity tests.The results show the cold filter point of 0^#diesel oil of Fushun is decreased down to-9 ℃,freezing point decreased down to-1.8 ℃,pH is up to 6.43.The effect of diesel depressant was evaluated preliminarily.
