摘　　要：针对手推车轮脚叉形臂常以理论计算来分析设计的问题,引进UGS NX7.5进行参数化建模,调用NX NASTRAN7.1进行有限元分析,并用理论分析进行验证.在此基础上,对有限元分析结果进行优化,降低其质量.这种CAD/CAE相结合的方式有利于产品的快速设计,降低设计和生产成本.Aim to the issue that cart caster forks are often designed by theoretical calculations, the UGS NX7.5 parametric modeling is introduced, and the NX NASTRAN7.1 is called to do the finite element a nalysis.
