摘　　要：目的:测定生脉注射液中麦冬皂苷D’在Beagle犬血浆中的含量。方法:应用LC-MS/MS分析方法,以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,测定血浆中麦冬皂苷D’浓度。结果:麦冬皂苷D’线性范围分别为10.90~877.50μg·L^(-1),回收率在85.40%~94.01%,日内、日间RSD值均小于15%。麦冬皂苷D’药代动力学参数t1/2(0.083±0.015)h,Cmax(116.801±2.645)μg·L^(-1)AUC0-∞(221.549±3.127)μg·h·L^(-1)。结论:本方法简便快速、灵敏度高,适用于血浆中麦冬皂苷D’的含量测定。Objective： To determine the concentration of ophiopogonin D’of Shengmai Injection in healthy Beagle dog’s plasma. Methods： Determine the concentration of ophiopogonin D’in healthy Beagle dog’s plasma by LC-MS / MS. Use Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 analytical column（ 3. 5 μm 30 mm × 2. 1 mm）,Acetonitrile-water as a moblie phase. The flow rate was 0. 3 m L·min-1. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS ver 3. 0 software. Results： Ophiopogonin D’linear range was 10. 90 877. 50 μg·L-1. The recovery was 73. 31% 100. 12%. RSD values of intra-days and inter-days were less than 15%. The pharmacokinetic parameters of Ophiopogonin D’： t1 /2（ 0. 083 ± 0. 015） h,Cmax（ 116. 801 ± 2. 645） μg·L-1,AUC0-∞（ 221. 549 ± 3. 127） μg·h·L-1. Conclusion： The method is simple,quick and not inferring,which is suitable for monitoring the plasma concentration of ophiopogonin D’of Shengmai Injection.
