益糖康治疗不同腰围糖调节受损的代谢综合征患者(痰热互结型)临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价益糖康干预糖调节受损(IGR)的代谢综合征(MS)患者(痰热互结型)的临床疗效,明确益糖康对不同腰围患者糖、脂代谢,血压,体质量指数(BMI)等指标的改善作用及临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照、双盲、多中心的方法,选择符合标准的165例患者,随机分为对照组(83例)和治疗组(82例),两组均给予基础治疗,对照组加用安慰剂,治疗组给予益糖康。疗程12周,观察治疗前后两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血压、体质量指数(BMI),腰围等指标的变化。结果:患者以腰围异常为主,占76%。益糖康治疗可显著降低患者的2 hPG、TG、TC、BMI和血压(P<0.05)。有效降低腰围异常者的2 hPG、LDL-C和血压,腰围正常者的血压(P<0.05)。结论:益糖康可有效治疗痰热互结型并IGR的MS患者,且腰围异常者可获得更多益处。Objective： To evaluate Yitangkang intervention clinical efficacy on patients with injured glucose regulation（ phlegm-heat accumulation type）（ IGR） of the metabolic syndrome（ MS）,specifically on the glucose,the lipid metabolism,blood pressure,body mass index（ BMI） and other indicators of improvement and clinical efficacy of patients with different waistline. Methods： A randomized,controlled,double-blind,multi-center study was carried on. A total of 165 patients were randomly divided into control group（ 83 cases） and treatment group（ 82 cases） and both groups were given the basic treatment. The control group used the placebo and the treatment group received Yitangkang for 12 weeks. Both groups before and after treatment were observed the fasting plasma glucose（ FPG）,2-hour postprandial blood glucose（ 2 hPG）,glycated hemoglobin（ HbA1c）,triglyceride（ TG）,total cholesterol（ TC）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol changes（ LDL-C）,blood pressure,body mass index（ BMI）,waist lines and other indicators. Result： Patients with abnormal waist lines accounted for 76%. Yitangkang can significantly reduce 2 hPG,TG,TC,BMI and blood pressure（ P 〈 0. 05） and effectively reduce the 2 hPG,LDL-C and blood pressure of patients with smaller waist line as well as blood pressure of patients with normal waist line（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yitangkang can be effective in treating MS patients with phlegm-heat type and IGR and those with abnormal waist lines get more benefits.
