祛风散寒联合活血通络中药治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的疗效及预后分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛风散寒联合活血通络中药治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的疗效及预后分析,为腰背肌筋膜炎患者的治疗康复提供参考。方法:回顾性选择2013年6月—2015年3月医院接诊的78例确诊腰背肌筋膜炎的患者进行研究,按照随机数法设置观察组36例,对照组42例。观察组患者应用祛风散寒的手段联合活血通络中药进行干预治疗;对照组患者仅采用中医辨证医治的常规方法进行干预治疗。分别比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和总体满意度,并对其治疗后的腰痛评分进行比较和预后分析。结果:经治疗,两组患者在临床疗效、满意度和预后分析等有显著差异。观察组的显效和有效例数共35例,高于对照组的11例。其有效率达到97.12%,而对照组仅为26.19%。观察组的临床疗效优于对照组;观察组治疗满意度为中等及以上的达到34例,总评达到中等及以上的为35例,均分别高于对照组的13例和14例。观察组对于治疗效果更满意;观察组在治疗2周后、4周后、1个月后、3个月后的腰背疼痛评分均低于对照组,尤以治疗3个月后腰背疼痛评分差异最为显著。观察组治疗预后效果明显优于对照组。上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用祛风散寒联合活血通络中药治疗腰背肌筋膜炎疗效显著,患者康复快,满意度较高,且预后效果好,值得进一步提倡和应用。Objective： To observe the effect of expelling wind and cold combined with promoting blood circulation medicine on muscle fascitis and its prognosis and provide a reference for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with back muscle fascitis. Methods： In June 2013-March 2015,seventy-eight cases diagnosed as back muscle fascitis patients were retrospectively selected,36 cases of the observation group and 42 cases in control group by the random number method.The observation group used expelling wind and cold combined with promoting blood circulation medicine for intervention and the control group of patients only used conventional methods of TCM. Respectively compare the clinical efficacy and overall satisfaction with the two groups of patients after treatment and compare their treatment and prognosis of low back pain score. Results： After treatment,the two groups had statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy,satisfaction and outcomes analysis. And the number of markedly effective cases in observation group was 35 cases and 11 cases in the control group. Its efficiency reached 97. 12% while the control group’s was only 26. 19%. The observation group’s clinical effect was better than the control group’s. The observation group’s treatment satisfaction as moderate and above reached 34 cases,overall rating in medium and above 35 cases,respectively higher than 13 cases and 14 cases of the control group. Observation group’s patients were more satisfied with the treatment and in observation group two and four weeks,a and three months after treatment,the back pain scores were lower than the control group’s,especially 3 months after treatment,the low back pain score was the most significant. Prognosis of observation group was better than the control group’s. These differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）.
