铁皮石斛枸杞黄精片补肾壮阳作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究铁皮石斛枸杞黄精片的补肾壮阳作用。方法:采用去势幼年大鼠模型,观察给予铁皮石斛枸杞黄精片对大鼠体质量、附性器官系数以及血浆促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平的影响;采用氢化可的松造小鼠肾阳虚模型,观察给予铁皮石斛枸杞黄精片对小鼠体质量、低温游泳时间以及相关脏器系数的影响。结果:铁皮石斛枸杞黄精片0.6、0.3、0.15 g/kg剂量给药3周,能提高去势幼年大鼠前列腺+精囊以及提肛肌系数,降低血浆中FSH、T激素水平,但对体质量以及血浆LH水平无明显影响;0.8、0.4、0.2g/kg 3个剂量给药15 d,能明显延长氢化可的松诱发肾阳虚模型小鼠低温游泳时间,并使脾脏、肾上腺系数略有降低,高剂量组睾丸+附睾系数略有增加,但高剂量抑制该模型小鼠的体质量增长。结论:铁皮石斛枸杞黄精片对去势幼年大鼠模型有部分保护作用,并能部分改善氢化可的松诱发肾阳虚模型小鼠的肾阳虚指标。Objective： To study the effects of Tiepishihu Huangjing Tablet on invigorating kidney and strengthening Yang. Methods： The emasculated infancy rats were given Tiepishihu Huangjing Tablet,observing the effects on the body weight,accessory sexual organ coefficient,plasma levels of follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH）,luteinizing hormone（ LH）and testosterone（ T）. The kidney-Yang deficiency mice which were made by using hydrocortisone were given Tiepishihu Huangjing Tablet,observing the effects on the body weight,low-temperature swimming time and viscera coefficient. Results： Doses of 0. 6,0. 3,0. 15 g / kg were given for 3 weeks,which can improve the emasculated infancy rats’ prostate and seminal vesicle and levator ani muscle coefficient and lower plasma levels of FSH and T. But on body weight and plasma LH levels,there was no significant effect. Doses of 0. 8,0. 4,0. 2 g / kg were given for 15 days,which can significantly extend the kidney-Yang deficiency mice swimming time in the low temperature,lower spleen coefficient and adrenal gland coefficient slightly and there was a slight increase in the high dose group’s testis and epididymis coefficient,but high dose inhibited the growth of body weight. Conclusion： Tiepishihu Huangjing Tablet has some protective effects on emasculate juvenile rats and can improve the kidney-Yang deficiency index of kidney-yang deficiency mice which were made by using hydrocortisone.
