参松养心胶囊治疗心绞痛伴原发性失眠患者心肌保护及临床疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参松养心胶囊对心绞痛(UAP)伴原发性失眠患者的心肌保护及睡眠改善的临床治疗效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将240例UAP患者分为观察组(口服参松养心胶囊)120例、对照组120例(采用冠心病2级预防治疗),30 d为1个疗程,观察比较两组患者治疗前后心脑血管疾病的治疗效果,肌钙蛋白T(CTn T)和D-二聚体(DD)的浓度,心电图特征的变化,运用匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)及国际统一睡眠效率公式评估患者的睡眠改善情况。结果:疗效判定结果显示,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CTn T和DD的含量降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后心观察组电图特征优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的PSQI评分均下降(P<0.05),其中观察组下降幅超过对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠改善的临床疗效的总有效率为95%,对照组的总有效率为65%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药参松养心胶囊治疗UAP伴原发性失眠患者疗效肯定,无明显不良反应,而且改善预后,临床上值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on myocardial protection of angina pectoris（ UAP） patients with primary insomnia and the effect on improving sleep. Methods： By a random number table,a total of 240 cases were divided into observation group（ Shensong Yangxin Capsules） 120 cases,control group（ a 2-stage coronary heart disease prevention and treatment） 120 cases,30 d for a course. Observe and compare the changes of cardiovascular and vascular disease,cardiac tronning T（ CTn T） and D-dimer（ DD） concentration,ECG features. By using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale（ PSQI） and the international harmonization of sleep efficiency,we assessed the patients’ sleep improvement. Results： The results showed the efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group’s and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. And DD and CTn T of observation group decreased when compared with those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The cardiac electrical diagram characteristics in treatment group was better than the control group ’s（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the PSQI scores were decreased（ P 〈 0. 05） and the observation group’s was more significant than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group’s clinical efficacy of sleep improvement was 95% and the total effective rate of the control group was 65%（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Shensong Yangxin Capsule has certain effect on UAP patients with primary insomnia with no obvious side effects and can improve the prognosis,worthy of promoting.
