非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3-9月我院收治的50例痛风伴高尿酸血症患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各25例。观察组采用非布司他进行治疗，对照组采用别嘌醇进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血尿酸水平并记录两组治疗后血尿酸水平〈360μmol／L的例数。结果两组治疗24周后的血尿酸水平均低于治疗前，观察组治疗后的血尿酸水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后血尿酸水平〈360μmol／L的例数比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者的临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of febuxostat in the treatment of gout patients with hyperuricemia. Methods 50 cases of gout combined with hyperuricemia from March 2014 to September in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with febuxostat,the control group was treated with allopurinol.The level of blood uric acid between the two groups before and after treatment was compared and the numbers of serum uric acid level less than 360 μmol/L patients after treatment of the two groups was recorded.Results The level of serum uric acid after treatment for 24 weeks in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the level of serum uric acid after treatment in the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the the numbers of serum uric acid level less than 360 μmol/L patients after treatment between the two groups （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of febuxostat in the treatment of gout patients with hyperuricemia is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
