介入栓塞与宫腔镜联合手术在子宫切口妊娠中的应用及效果评析

摘　　要：目的分析介入栓塞与宫腔镜联合手术在子宫切口妊娠中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法选取2014年11月～2015年12月我院收治的24例子宫切口妊娠患者作为研究对象，分为12例对照组及12例观察组。对照组患者行常规性治疗，观察组行介入栓塞与宫腔镜联合手术治疗，观察并统计两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率、满意度、出血量、血β-HCG降至正常的时间、住院时间明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在子宫切口妊娠患者中应用介入栓塞与宫腔镜手术具有较高的安全性和可靠性，能够减少患者出血量，降低患者并发症发生率，从而更好维护患者健康，具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of interventional embolization combining with hysteroseopic surgery on cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP）.Methods By a random number table,24 patients with CSP admitted into our hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were selected as research objects and evenly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,regular therapy was used,while in the observation group,interventional embolization combining with hysteroscopic surgery was adopted.The therapeutic effect in two groups was observed and statistically analyzed.Results In the observation group,the total therapeutic effective rate,satisfaction,amount of bleeding, time of blood β-HCG decreasing to be normal,and hospital stay were all superior to those in the control group,with a statistical differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with CSP, application of interventional embolization with hysteroscopic surgery has a higher safety and reliability.h can reduce the amount of bleeding and decrease the incidence of complications,thereby better keep healthy for patients in a higher application value.
