血管内皮细胞标志物在冠状动脉粥样硬化患者外周血中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的观察冠心病患者的外周血血管内皮细胞标志物水平，探讨其意义。方法随机选取2014年2月～2015年2月在我院确诊的127例冠心病患者作为CAD组，同时选取32例体检的健康人群作为NC组，CAD组分为急性冠状动脉综合征组（ACS组，n=56）及稳定性心绞痛组（SAP组，n=71）。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定内皮素1（ET-1）、一氧化氮（NO）、CD105及CD34水平，放射免疫法测定6酮-前列腺素F1a（6-keto—PGF1a）及血栓素（TXB2）水平。观察血管内皮细胞标志物与cT冠状动脉成像斑块分型关系。结果ACS组与SAP组的ET-1、CD105及TXB。水平高于NC组（P〈0．05），ACS组中的ET-1、CD105及TXB2水平表达高于SAP组（P〈0．05）。ET-1、CD105及TXB2在钙化型、纤维型及软质型中的表达比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），ET-1及TXB2在钙化型斑块中表达高于纤维型及软质型（P〈0．05），CD105在钙化型及纤维型斑块中的表达高于软质型（P〈0．01）。结论冠心病患者外周血ET-1、CD105及TXB2与冠心病具有相关性，对冠心病的诊断及预后具有判断意义。Objective To observe the level of blood vessel endothelial cell marker expression in peripheral blood of coronary arteriosclerosis patients and to discuss the significant.Methods 127 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease （CAD） from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital was randomly selected as the CAD group and 32 healthy person with physical examination was selected as the normal control group （NC group）.The CAD group was divided into acute coronary syndrome group （ACS group,n=56） and the stable coronary angina peetoris group （SAP group, n=17）.Enzyme link immune assay method and radio immune method were used to detect the expression of ET-1,NO, CD105,CD34,6-keto-PGF1a and TXB2.Correlation with CT coronary angiography was analyzed.Results ET-1,CDI05 and TXB2 expression was higher in ACS and SAP group than in NC group （P〈O.05）,which was higher in ACS group than in SAP group （P〈0.05）.ET-1,CD105 and TXB2 expression in calcium type,fiber type and soft type were different （P〈0.05）,ET-1 and TXB2 in calcium type was higher than in fiber and soft type （P〈0.05）,CD105 in calcium type and fiber type was higher than in soft type （P〈0.01）.Conclusion ET-1,CD105 and TXB2 are correlated with CAD and may be helpful for diagnosis and predict the prognosis.
