人文关怀护理在选择性输卵管介入再通术中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理模式在选择性输卵管介入再通术治疗输卵阻塞性不孕中的应用效果。方法选择2014年1～12月在本院进行选择性输卵管介入再通术治疗的患者92例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各46例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上从心理和人文关怀的角度上加强对患者的护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总满意率为95．65％，宫内妊娠率为80．4％，明显高于对照料组的（76．07％、53.3％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论人文关怀在选择性输卵管介入再通术患者的护理中十分重要，不仅有利于提高患者的护理满意度，还可以提高宫内妊娠率，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care mode in selective fallopian tube recanalization on treating tubal obstruction infertility.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014,92 patients undergone selective fallopian tube reeanalization in our hospital were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.In the control group,conventional nursing was adopted,while in the observation group,onthe basis of the control group,nursing from psychology and humanistic care was added.The nursing effect in the two groups was compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.65%,and the uterine pregnancy rate was 80.4%,which were much higher than those in the control group,76.07% and 53.3% respectively,which were displayed statistical differences in the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humanistic care plays an important role in patients with selective fallopian tube reeanalization.h not only is beneficial for patient＇s improvement of nursing satisfaction,but also increases uterine pregnancy rate,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
