摘　　要：本文简要回顾和总结了国际金融危机以来,美英等国改革金融监管体制的主要措施,分析了我国金融体系面临的主要问题以及金融监管在其中发挥的作用。在对比几种主要的金融体制改革方案利弊的基础上,根据我国金融体系的现实情况,提出了我国金融监管体制改革的目标和原则,并据此提出了改革的主要措施。In this paper, we briefly review the post-crisis financial regulation reforms of the United States, Britain and other countries, and analyze the main problems faced by China＇s financial system and the role which China＇s financial regulation has played. After comparing the pros and cons of several financial reform plans, we propose the objectives, principles and the main measures of China＇s financial regulatory reform, according to the reality of China＇s financial system.
