区域创新网络与创新绩效关系中创新环境作用的路径模型

摘　　要：通过设计调查问卷,采用回归分析技术及结构方程模型等方法,研究了区域创新网络与创新绩效的关系及创新环境的中介作用。结果可知:1区域创新网络中的正式网络和非正式网络对区域创新绩效均有显著的正向预测作用,其中非正式网络创新绩效的预测力更高;2正式网络和非正式网络与创新绩效中知识形态成效和技术转化效率相关性较强,但和经济结构优化相关性不强;3区域创新环境对创新绩效及其各维度有存在负相关性;4创新环境在区域创新网络和创新绩效之间起中介作用,区域创新网络和创新环境能够解释创新绩效74%的变异。Through the design of questionnaire, using regression analysis and structural equation model, the relationship between regional innovation network and innovation performance and the mediating role of innovation environment are studied. Results show that： 1the regional innovation network in the formal networks and informal network of regional innovation performance has significantly positive prediction, the informal innovation network performance prediction of higher; 2 formal networks and informal networks and innovation performance of knowledge state effectiveness and the efficiency of technology transfer correlation is strong, but and economic structure optimization correlation is not strong;3regional innovation environment of innovation performance and its dimensions have showed negative correlation; 4environment for innovation in regional innovation network and innovation performance play an intermediary role, the regional innovation network and innovation environment to innovation performance 74% of the variance explained.
