摘　　要：根据《规程》(2016)对高校图书馆的业务定位及主要任务,提出了高校院(系)资料室的业务定位及主要任务,提出了当前高校院(系)资料室在文献信息资源保障、文献信息资源服务、信息化建设、文化建设等方面亟待开展的工作。其目的在于推动《普通高等学校图书馆规程》(2016)贯彻落实,推动高校院(系)资料室建设。The reference room of college （department） plays an important role in information systems in unlversmes. According to Regulations for Academic Library （2016）, the business orientation and the main tasks of the college （department） reference room in universities are put forward. The work in document information resources guarantee, document information resources services, information construction and cultural construction needs to be carried out by college （department ） reference room in universities. The paper aims to promote the implementation of Regulations, for Academic Library （2016） and to strengthen the construction of college （department） reference room in universities.
