摘　　要：夜幕低垂,巴西石油公司前员工陈淡水独自走过了巴西里约市中心的西尼兰地亚广场，下意识地将手插进口袋。自从巴西石油公司涉20亿美元的腐败案东窗事发，Last year Brazil's GDP shrank 3.8%,and it is forecast to keep contracting this year.Conditions are particularly bad in Rio.Plunging oil prices led the state government to declare a financial emergency so it could receive over $800 million in federal funds to avoid what it called a 'total collapse in public security,health,education,transportation and environmental management'.What is worse,economic inequality has long been an issue in Brazil.
