摘　　要：本文主要介绍了1MN金属屑压块机自动化生产线控制系统,并阐述了控制方案及工艺过程。该自动化生产线主要是将金属属压块机、金属粉碎机、一级上料输送机、二级定量上料输送机、出料机等生产线上的所有设备连接到一起而形成的自动化生产线。该自动化生产线主要是将金属屑压制成圆柱形金属块,方便冶炼及铸造。并可实现远程监控及控制功能。This paper describes the 1MN metal shavings Press automated production line control system, and describes the control scheme and process. The automated production line is mainly the feed conveyor metal scrap briquetting machine, metal grinder, on a feed conveyor, two quantitatively, all the material and other equipment connected to the production line automated production lines formed together.
