摘　　要：针对海洋石油工程(青岛)公司管线报检任务量大、实时性差和错误率高等问题,本文提出了一种基于JavaEE和Android的管线网络报检和完工状态动态跟踪系统。系统WEB层采用MVC框架,充分利用了JavaEE分布式计算平台的优越性。通过基于B/S模式的PC端软件与基于Android平台的手持终端扫码软件之间相互的配合,实现了管线的网络报检和完工状态跟踪功能。经现场测试,系统运行良好,满足了现场使用需要并大大提高了管线的施工效率。Considering Offshore Oil Engineering （Qingdao） Company＇ s problems in heaw pipeline inspection mission, poor real-time performance and high error rates and so on. A network pipeline inspection and completion status tracking system based on JavaEE and Android is proposed. The WEB layer of system uses MVC framework, which takes the full advantages of distributed JavaEE computing platform. With the corporation of B/S mode PC software and the Android-based handheld terminal software, the system realizes the function of pipeline network inspection and completion status tracking. After spot testing, the system runs well and meets the needs of the use and greatly improves the efficiency of the pipeline construction.
