摘 要:根据天津海域活牡蛎礁区人工鱼礁区2012年5月份的本底调查和2012年8月份、2013年5月份和8月份3个航次的渔业资源跟踪调查数据,采用生物多样性指数分析了投礁前后渔业资源种类组成和物种多样性的时空分布特征。海域游泳动物群落的健康状况指标(Exergy值)投礁后高于投礁前,但差异不明显(P<0.05)。聚类分析表明,本底调查和跟踪调查样方分区明显,表明鱼礁投放后,鱼礁区群落结构明显改善。投礁后物种种类数和总生产效益的增加说明人工鱼礁建设取得了明显的生态效益和经济效益。According to the catches data of May and September in 2012 and 2013 survey in artificial reef area of Tianjin, we analyses the temporal and spatial distribution of species in artificial reef and control areas using biodiversity index. Catches and species number are not significantly different in two areas of two survey(P〈 0.05) ,monthly CPUE in reef area are significantly higher than that in control area (P〈0.05). Health status indicators(Exergy value) of tracking survey in reef area is higher than that background survey(P〈0. 05) ,but not obvious. Cluster analysis showed that catches of each stations was similar and get together in background survey and tracking survey respectively. After artificial reefs were deployed, the community structure and the habitat environment have been improved. The increase of species number and productivity in tracking survey indicated that the ecological and eco- nomic effects of artificial reef have been proved to be obvious.
