摘  要:海参含有丰富的蛋白质、人体必需氨基酸和多种微量元素,营养价值和药用价值极高。近年来,海参消费需求逐年上升,海参人工育苗和养殖逐渐兴起,其规模和养殖方式不断扩大。白刺参做为海参家族中的特殊变异种,除了颜色与众不同外,白刺参营养价值也较普通海参高出一筹,硒含量是一般海参的10倍,因此越来越引起广大水产工作者的关注。本文根据作者多年白刺参生产育苗经验,就白刺参规模化繁育和期间病害防治进行总结,为白刺参繁育从业人员提供实用指导。Sea cucumber is abundant in protain, essential amino acid and microelement and this make it posses high nutrition and medical value. In recent years, with the increasing consumption of sea cu- cumber, the breeding and cultivation of sea cucumber had sprung up around China, the scale and cul- tivation techniques had expanded quickly. As a mutant specie, not only the color appears differently, but also White Apostichopusjaponicas is more abundant in microelement, for example, it contains 10 time higher the content of selenium than the normal Apostichopus japonicas. It has arisen extensive concern among the staff of aquaculture practitioners. In this paper, according to the several years~ ex- periences in sea cucumber breeding, the author had summarized the large scale breeding and disease control techniques in order to provide some practical guide for the aquaculture staffs.
