摘 要:目的评价等体温输液对剖腹产手术患者麻醉后的体温保护效果。方法依据本研究纳入标准,选择2015年1月至2015年6月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院行剖腹产手术患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组术中输液加温至37℃,对照组术中输注常温液体。比较两组患者手术开始时、手术开始后15min、30min、45min、60min及手术结束时核心温度值,术后住院天数及术中、术后并发症发生情况(寒战、切口感染)。结果 (1)手术开始时两组患者核心温度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术开始后15min、30min、45min、60min及手术结束时,两组患者核心温度值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中手术结束时两组患者核心体温均值相差1.21℃,观察组体温保护作用显著。(2)两组患者术后住院天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后住院时间较短。(3)术中、术后并发症发生情况(寒战、切口感染)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率较低。结论应用等体温输液对剖腹产手术患者麻醉后的体温保护效果明确。Objective To evaluating temperature protection effects of pre-warmed intravenous fluids in patients with caesarean operation after spinal anesthesia. Methods On the basis of this study standards, 60 patients with caesarean of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University between January 2015 and June 2015 were chosen as research object, and randomly divided them into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group in infusion heated to 37℃, the control group vein infusion liquid at room temperature. The core temperature value of two groups at the beginning of the surgery, at 15 min,30 min,45 min, 60 min after the start of operation were recorded and compared, and the end of the surgery. Postoperative hospitalization days and intraoperative and postoperative complications (chills and infection of incision) were recorded and compared. Results (1) At the beginning of the operation,the core temperature difference of two groups has no statistical significance (P〉0.05). However,at 15 min,30 min,45 min,60 min after surgery and at the end of the surgery, the core temperature differences of two groups are statistically significant (P〈0.05). At the end of the surgery, the mean temperature of two groups is differ in 1.21℃, the temperature protection effect of observation group is significantly. (2) The difference of postoperative hospitalization days of two groups is statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the postoperative hospitalization days of observation group is shorter. (3) The intraoperative and postoperative complications (chill and infection of incision) of two groups are difference statistically significant (P〈0.05), and the rate of incidence of observation group is lower. Conclusion Body temperature protection effects of pre-warmed intravenous fluids in patients with caesarean after spinal anesthesia is good.
