摘　　要：目的探讨涉外病房跨文化护理中的有效交流经验。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,对220例外籍住院病人进行调查。结果通过总结跨文化交流中常见的语用迁移现象,发现导致彼此误解的真正原因,并帮我们找到建设性的交流渠道,从而避免迁移现象,达到有效的跨文化交流。结论随着社会经济的发展,护理国际交流日益频繁,跨文化护理已成为现代护理临床工作中的重要组成部分。Objective To explore the effective communication experience in trans-cultural nursing in wards involving oversea patients. Methods A total of 220 foreign patients were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire. Results Through summarizing the pragmatic transfer among trans-culture, we could find the real reason for misunderstanding and help us to find a correct way to communicate so that we could establish a good connection. Conclusion With the social development and ever-increasing communication with international nursing areas, trans-cultural nursing has become an important component of modern clinical nursing.
