护患共同参与康复模式在精神分裂症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨护患共同参与康复模式在开放病房精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:将2014年7-12月入住本科的90例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组45例及试验组45例,对照组实施常规护理模式,试验组实施护患共同参与康复模式,比较两组患者住院前及出院1个月后护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)、患者健康教育知晓率及满意度。结果:出院1个月后,两组患者NOSIE量表、患者健康教育调查表、满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施护患共同参与康复模式有利于调动患者主观能动性,构建和谐的护患关系,提高患者满意度和健康教育的知晓率,提升护理质量,深化优质护理服务内涵。Objective：To discuss application results in open ward for schizophrenic patients using nurse-patient mutual participation rehabilitation mode.Method：From July to December 2014,90 patients with schizophrenia in our department were randomly divided into control group （n=45） and experimental group （n=45）, the control group was given routine nursing mode,the experimental group used implementation in rehabilitation nurse model.Before and after 1 month, nurses in hospital inpatients health education for patients with observation scale （NOSIE）,the awareness and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：1 month after discharge, NOSIE scale,the degree of patients’ health education questionnaire,satisfaction of two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation in rehabilitation nurse works to mobilize patients’ subjective initiative,to build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,improve patient satisfaction and awareness of health education,improving the quality of nursing, deepen the connotation of the quality of nursing service.
