自拟参芪地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究参芪地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将于2013年10月-2015年11月在本院内分泌科及心内科诊治的84例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,如控制血糖、调节血脂水平、控制血压等常规治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上运用自拟中药(参芪地黄汤加减),连续应用4周后分析两组患者的血糖、血脂及心电图疗效。结果:4周后,观察组患者的血糖、血脂水平情况均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);心电图疗效方面,观察组的总体有效率为88.1%,明显高于对照组(69.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪地黄汤加减配合西药治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的血糖、血脂水平,改善心功能,有利于改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the curative effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.Method：The 84 patients who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease were divided into observation group and control group at random from October 2013 to November 2015,and each group included 42 cases.In the process of treatment,the control group was given conventional treatment such as controlling blood sugar,regulating blood lipid levels and blood pressure but the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine（Shenqi Dihuang Decoction） on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks,the blood sugar,blood lipid and ECG efficacy of the two group were observed. Result：After 4 weeks,the blood sugar,blood lipid of the observation group were much better than those in the control group,and it had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.In the aspect of ECG efficacy,the effective rate of the observation group was 88.1% which is significantly higher than the control group （69.0%）,and it also had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Shenqi Dihuang can effectively improve the blood sugar,blood lipid and cardiac function,and this is good for improving the prognosis and the quality of life of the patients.
