摘  要:本文通过正交实验法研究了温度、MgCl_2浓度、MgO/MgCl_2摩尔比对氯氧镁水泥(MOC,下称镁水泥)强度的影响,用极差分析和方差分析讨论了各因素对强度的影响规律,并利用曲线估计预测了镁水泥强度随龄期变化的发展规律。研究表明,在室温下(20℃)、MgCl_2浓度为24%、MgO/MgCl_2摩尔比为6时,镁水泥的强度最高;温度对镁水泥强度的影响较大,MgO/MgCl_2摩尔比次之,MgCl_2浓度对强度的影响较小;随着温度的升高,镁水泥的早期强度逐渐降低,在40℃左右时,略有提高但幅度不大;随着MgCl_2浓度逐渐提高,镁水泥的强度逐渐增大,达到24%左右时,28 d强度基本保持不变;随着MgO/MgCl_2摩尔比的增大,镁水泥的强度逐渐增大;镁水泥的强度随龄期的变化呈S型增长。采用多元二次回归研究各因素间的交互作用对镁水泥强度和软化系数的影响。The influences of temperature, the concentration of MgCl2 and the MgO/MgCl2 molar ratio on magnesium oxychloride cement (MOC) strength were studied by orthogonal optimization design, discussed the rules of all the influences of factors on strength by range analysis and variance analysis, and predicated the development law of strength change with age through Curve estimation. Studies show that, at room temperature(20℃ ) ,MgCl2 concentration was 24% and MgO/MgCl2 mole ratio was 6 ,the MOC had the highest strength. The temperature significantly influenced the strength, MgO/MgC12 molar ratio flows, and the concentration of MgCl2 slightly. With the increasing of temperature, MOC early strength gradually reduced. With MgCl2 concentration increasing, the strength increased gradually, around 24%, the strength of 28 d substantially unchanged. With the increasing of MgO/MgCl2 molar ratio, the strength increased gradually. The strength of MOC Changes with age as S-shaped growth.
