摘 要:针对GIS开展的UHF法局部放电检测是目前主流的带电检测方法之一,现阶段局部放电UHF检测仪偏重于对局部放电的定性判断,迫切需要建立量值溯源链并评价检测结果的可信度。本文参考IEEE推荐的电场强度校准方法,对局部放电UHF检测仪关键参量的量值溯源方法和平台进行了研究。对电气设备内部的电场信号采样,根据示值与场强的对应关系换算出被试品测得的电场强度。通过校准平台,将被试品与标准电场强度进行比对,得出被试品的测量误差为-3.74 d B^+2.98 d B。试验表明基于传递标准和稳态电场校准局部放电UHF检测仪主要参量的方法是可行的。Using UHF methods to carry out partial discharge detection in GIS is now one of the main partial discharge detection methods. However,PD UHF detector is biased towards the qualitative judgment of PD,and it is urgent to establish the traceability chain of detector and estimate the reliability of detection result. Referring to the electric field strength calibration methods recommend by IEEE,this paper studied the value traceability method and platform of the key factor of PD UHF detector. Sample the electric field signals in inter electrical equipment at the given frequency and convert them into electric field strength according to the relationship between indicating value and electric field strength. The experiment comparing the sample and the standard electric field strength to get the measurement error was done through the calibration platform,and the measurement error arrangement of the tested sample is- 3. 74 d B~ + 2. 98 d B. The experiment indicated the method calibrating the key factor of PD UHF detector based on transfer standard and steady-state field was feasible.
