摘  要:为实现永安煤矿矿井高产高效,利用其现有技术装备条件,对原有矿井工作面巷道布置进行优化设计,将采区工作面开采顺序由后退式改为往复式,双巷掘进优化为沿空留巷设计。实现了综采面连续推采,提高了设备利用率;上区段撤除切眼与下区段安装切眼布置一条线,就近搬家,回撤、安装工艺大大简化,增加了工作面生产天数。In order to achieve high production and high efficiency of Yong' an coal mine, using its existing technology and equipment conditions to optimize the roadway layout of the original mine coal face, proposed mining sequence of coal face in mining area changed from retreating to reciprocating, double tunneling replaced with gob-side entry retaining. Actualized fully mechanized coal face continuous advancing mining and high facility availability; roadway of withdrawn open-off cut in upper section and installed open-off cut lower section arranged in a line, shorten transit distance, simpler equipment withdrawal and installation process, increased the number of production days.
