尼如哈治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价蒙医传统疗法-尼如哈治疗慢性前列腺炎的可靠性。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予尼如哈,对照组给予诺氟沙星胶囊。治疗15天后比较两组慢性前列腺炎症状评分分数和前列腺液的白细胞数。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尼如哈疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效确切可靠,值得进一步研究和临床推广。Objective ：To evaluate the validity of Niruha treatment in the chronic prostatitis . Methods ：60 patients with chronic prostatitis were ranmdomly divided into treatment group and control group , the patients in the treatment group were given Niruha treatment, the patients in the control group were given Norfloxacin Capsules 15 days later , the score of integral index of chronic prostatitis and leukocytes in prostatic fluid were compared between the two groups . Results ： The treatment group obtained better effects than the control group （P 〈 0.05） Conclusion：The Niruha treatment has definite clinical effect in treating chronic prostatitis , so it is worthy of further study and extensive clinical application .
