摘　　要：主流意识形态作为社会的观念上层建筑具有强大的整合能力,是实现社会整合的"社会水泥"。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央提出的"四个全面"战略布局,是对一个时期内我党已有思想基因的进一步有序结晶与活化,体现了理论性和实践性统一、继承性和创新性统一、整体性和局部性统一、现实性和理想性统一,具有思想导向、合法性诠释、社会规范、社会心理定向等意识形态整合的能力禀赋,是新常态下扩大社会认同、形成思想共识、凝聚中华民族奋进力量的强大思想武器。因此,要把"四个全面"战略布局融入党的宣传思想工作、融入人民日常生活、融入国家治理现代化实践、融入社会整合机制构建,实现主流意识形态的社会化,让人们在社会实践和生活实践的双重实践中认同它、接受它、遵循它。As the ideological superstructure, the mainstream ideology has powerful integration ability, which is the ＂social cement＂ to realize social integration. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the central Committee with Xi Jinping as the general secretary has put forward the strategic blueprint of ＂ Four Comprehensives＂, which is the crystallization and revitalization of the already - existing thoughts of the CPC and also embodies the unification between theory and practice, succession and creation, reality and idealism. The strategic blueprint has ideological integration ability such as ideological guide, explanation of legality, social regulation, orientation of social psychology print of ＂Four Comprehensives＂ must be integrated into propaganda and so on. Therefore, the strategic bluework, the people＇s daily life, the national governance, construction of mechanism and socialization of mainstream ideology so that the people in both social and daily practice can identify with it and accept it.
