超声引导下聚桂醇硬化治疗甲状腺囊性病变的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮注射聚桂醇与无水乙醇硬化治疗甲状腺囊性病变的疗效及安全性分析。方法将接受超声引导甲状腺囊性病变硬化治疗的62例患者,按数字表法随机分为A组聚桂醇治疗组(30例)和B组无水乙醇对照组(32例),观察两组治疗前后囊腔大小的变化及不良反应。结果 A组总有效率为90.0%(27/30),治愈率为86.7%(26/30),不良反应率为6.7%(2/30);B组总有效率为90.6%(30/32),治愈率为84.3%(27/32),不良反应率为28.1%(9/32)。两组在甲状腺囊性病变硬化治疗的疗效方面无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组不良反应有统计学意义(χ2=5.245,P<0.05)。结论聚桂醇治疗甲状腺囊性病变疗效显著且不良反应相对较少,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To make a comparative assessment on the the rapeutic effects and side effects between percutaenous lauromacrogol injection therapy（PLIT）and percutaenous ethanol injection therapy（PEIT）for thyroid cystic lesion under the guideline of ultrasound.Methods 62 patients accepted thyroid cystic lesion hardening treatment were randomly divided into two groups：A group 30 cases,using lauromacrogol;B group 32 cases,using anhydrous ethanol,observing the side effects and the thyroid cystic lesion size change after treatment among different groups.Results Reviewing after treatment,the overall response rate of A group is 90.0%（27/30）,the completely cure rate is 86.7%（26/30）,the side effects rate is 6.7 %（2/30）;the overall response rate of B group is 90.6%（30/32）,the completely cure rate is 84.3%（27/32）,the side effects rate is 28.1%（9/32）.The curative effects of two groups in thyroid cystic lesion hardening treatment have no significant differences（P〉0.05）.The side effects have significant differences.（χ2=5.245,P〈0.05）.Conclusions The percutaenous lauromacrogol injection therapy for thyroid cystic lesion have obvious therapeutic effect,and have few side effects.It is worth popularizing in clinical.
