摘  要:目的探讨多模式超声血流成像技术在乳腺肿块内穿支血管探查中的应用。方法分析28例患者32乳腺肿块彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)、超声造影(CEUS)及微血流成像(SMI)表现,观察病灶内穿入血管的显示率,比较三种方法对于乳腺肿块内穿入血管显示的一致性。结果 32个乳腺肿块中,CDFI显示13个(43.8%)肿块有穿入血管,SMI显示肿块内穿入血管21个(65.6%),CEUS显示穿入血管22个(68.8%),SMI对穿入血管的显示率高于CDFI(P=0.039),SMI显示乳腺肿块内穿入血管数目、部位、形态与CEUS呈现良好的一致性。结论 SMI血流显像技术与CEUS结果一致性高,可准确显示乳腺肿块内的血管。Objective To assess the value of multi-mode ultrasonic blood flow imaging in the perforating vessels of the breast lesions.Methods 32 breast neoplasms from 28 patients were studied by CDFI,CEUS and SMI to explore the perforating vessels in the breast lesions.The results were analyzed to evaluate the agreement of perforating vessels distribution imaging from CDFI,CEUS and SMI.Results For 32 breast lesions,CDFI showed 13(43.8%)perforating vessels,SMI showed 21(65.6%)perforating vessels and CEUS showed 22(68.8%)perforating vessels.SMI was higher than that of CDFI for perforating vessels display(P=0.039),there was no difference between SMI and CEUS in display perforating vessels.Conclusions SMI and CEUS had higher agreement and can accurately display the perforating vessels in breast lesions.
